Jeremy Soul, creator of Daytime Dating, the original book on how to day game, sat down with me to record an interview on how to meet higher quality women.

It’s definitely one of the best over the past year (and I’ve been on two others: social intelligence and overcoming shyness).

Higher quality means women who have their shit together. Women who are going places, emotionally stable and have their lives together.

How to Date Higher Quality Women

Being overly judgmental will kill your opportunities. Give a girl a chance to prove herself and you will start to really understand what quality looks like. 

You have to take into account that quality is all of the education/personality/success traits, but it’s also about being able to relax, have fun and not get too wound up in career and morals.

You can recognize a quality woman because she stretches your everyday comfort zone.

Hitting venues outside of your norm and joining social circles that alter your identity can put you in line to meet difference kinds of women if you aren’t meeting the ones you like. 

Knowing your own values, motivations and standards will naturally have you looking for women who align with those.

As you grow and evolve, your tastes and standards will change.

The best way to know your standards and qualifications is to date a bunch of girls so you know what is out there. This also helps you experience first-hand what goes into dating the types of girls you’re curious about.

If you want to find women who are better in bed, screen for it. Throw it out on the table when you’re sexualizing an interaction and in comfort.

You can’t change up your behaviour when you approach a women you think is of higher quality. You’re already in your head if you make that assumption.
